We may also receive information from analytics providers, advertising partners, payment processors, and email service providers in the course of delivering our services.

3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information in the following circumstances.
Service providers
We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, payment processing, learning platform infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, customer support, and similar functions. These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us and are contractually required to protect your information.

We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to a valid legal request such as a subpoena or court order, enforce our Terms of Service, protect the rights, property, or safety of our company, our customers, or others, or investigate fraud, security issues, or other misconduct.
Business transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will post notice of any such transfer on our website and update this Privacy Policy as needed.
With your consent
We may share information for other purposes with your consent or at your direction.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate our websites, remember your preferences, analyze usage, and support marketing. Cookies are small data files stored on your device by your browser.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the nature of the information and the purpose for which it was collected. When we no longer need to retain personal information, we will delete it or take reasonable steps to deidentify it.
